Holly Chamberlain, DDS
Dr Chamberlain has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. She graduated from U.C.S.F. School of Dentistry in 1994. She was awarded the Fleming Scholarship for Humanitarian Work for starting a dental clinic for homeless families. Upon graduation, she furthered her training as a dental resident of the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore treating complex health and dental needs.
Dr. Chamberlain is active in the American Dental Association, and The Academy of General Practice Orthodontics and the Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Chamberlain is a past president of the Marion Polk Dental Society.
She volunteers monthly with the Medical Teams International Dental Van, providing free dentistry in local communities in and around Salem, and also is a volunteer with the Turtle Ridge Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. She works closely with The Boys & Girls Club to provide mouthguards to children who are participating in sports, and with The Neighborhood Dental Program, which works with children that have limited resources.
